Sunrise Yoga Flow – An active, energizing practice for early birds who wish to start their day on a healthy note.
Sunset Yoga – A slower-paced, yet gentle flowing yoga class set to soothing music to relax your body and calm your mind. Great gentle yoga class for beginners to learn the fundamentals of yoga. (Candlelight will be back in the Fall!)
Yoga for EveryBODY – A gentle yoga class designed to accommodate any body size and ability. Experience a gentle approach to yoga postures that stretch the muscles and deeply relax the nervous system to help sooth aches and pains. For anyone who is intrigued by yoga but hesitant to try, this class is ideal help you enjoy all the benefits of yoga in a comfortable way.
Yoga for Athletes (coming back this Fall): A class designed to integrate yoga into a cross training routine to promote balance, core strength, flexibility and range of motion, and to help prevent injury. Deep stretching for hips, hamstrings and back.
Level 1 (Beginner) provides a supportive environment in which beginning students can learn the foundation of a yoga practice, while the more experienced practitioner will be able to fine tune the fundamentals of their practice.
Level 2 (Intermediate) is for the student with a consistent yoga practice. Classes involve an energetic experience involving creativity to allow students to explore more advanced practices at an active tempo.
