2018 Music in the Park Summer Concert Series at the Soo Locks Park in Sault Ste. Marie, MI
On June 13th, Downtown Sault Ste. Marie’s Music in the Park Summer concert series will begin. From June 13th-August 29th there will be a live band performing every Wednesday from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the Soo Locks Park on W. Portage Ave. at Water Street. Concerts are free, but donations accepted! Rain or shine (If the concert is moved to a rain location at the Ramada Ojibway or Soo Theatre, 534 Ashmun St., we will post on the Facebook event and our Facebook page on the day of the concert).

June 13: Soo Theatre Project – Preview of their upcoming season, including classical and pop pieces. June 20: Gentleman George – Traditional country, folk, and originals. June 27: The Saline Fiddlers – America’s premier youth fiddling show band from Saline, MI. July 11: Night of Native Music – Bringing you the sights and sounds of native music. July 18: The Petoskey Steel Drum Band – Sounds of the Caribbean on the banks of the St. Mary’s River! July 25: The Blue Water Ramblers – Traditional country, folk music and original songs. August 1: The Gordon Lightfoot Tribute – Replicating the songs, styles, and moods of Gordon Lightfoot’s best! August 8: Drew Hale Music – Combination of originals & covers that bridge the gap between country, roots rock & blues. August 15: The Pub Runners – Irish, folk and musical sing-alongs. August 22: Lise White & Friends – Variety of pop and swing music, as well as original songs. August 29: Mark Bowen – Local artist singing rock covers.
